Pediatric Dentistry

Dr. Linda A. Steele was born in El Paso, Texas. She attended Texas A&M University graduating in 1986 with a B.S. in Biology. She was then accepted at Baylor College of Dentistry where she graduated in 1992. She continued her education with her acceptance to the residency training program in Pediatric Dentistry at the Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri in 1992.

In 1998 she returned to the D/FW metroplex to pursue private practice in children's dentistry. After working with Kids Dental for two years she opened her combined practice in Oral Surgery and Pediatric Dentistry with her husband, Dr. J. Darrell Steele, in Coppell in 2001.

Her practice is limited to dental treatment of infants, children and adolescents. Her specific interests are in the treatment of dental disease in the very young. She is on staff at the Texas Pediatric Surgery Center where she performs comprehensive total dental rehabilitation for children too young to undergo treatment in the office. Although this is rarely necessary, this treatment can transform a childs life from one of pain and constant repeated dental visits to one of dental comfort and only routine dental hygiene care.

Dr. Steele invites you to bring your child in for an early dental evaluation as early as their first tooth arrives. This can give both the child and the parent the needed confidence to start a lifetime of good dental habits.
